Meet the presenter:
Berri founded Turning Point Solutions in 1991 following a successful sales career with Honeywell. As a trainer, career coach, and performance improvement consultant, she presents organizational development initiatives domestically and abroad. An engaging, persuasive speaker, Berri blends wit, humor, and common sense as she helps individuals maximize their results.With a Masters degree in adult learning and continuing education from Virginia Tech, she meets the needs of various audiences ranging from administrative professionals to ambassadors.
On the international front, she facilitated a two week program for support staff of the US Embassy and USAID Offices in Kampala, Uganda. The program was so well received she was invited to return 18 months later. In 1999, as a People-to-People Delegate to South Africa, she observed first hand, adult and continuing education – post apartheid. Her immediate continuing education plans include pursuing a certification program. The native Californian has one daughter and is active in her church. In her spare time she enjoys scrap-booking while watching Law and Order, westerns and Columbo.
