Meet the Presenters:
Kristin Mentz, Marketing Consultant, enjoys sharing the latest social marketing and networking tools and resources with various audiences.  As a marketing professional with 15 years experience in communications, public relations, and proposal writing, she engages audiences to learn the value of networking and how to use the latest techniques.  While using simple approaches, she shows effective ways of using both online technology and personal relationships to make valuable connections.  Ms. Mentz currently works as the Administrator for The Women’s Giving Circle of Howard County and supports other clients with marketing, writing, and training needs.

Diana Bailey has been an educator and an administrator for over 30 years in the fields of education, occupational training, and employment.  She has honed her networking skills to progress in her career as well as to build strong personal networks to support her success.  She is very interested in educational and gender equity and helping women move forward in their lives.  She has facilitated professional development workshops and seminars on the local, state and national level. Ms. Bailey holds numerous degrees and certifications related to career and workforce development, such as the Global Career Development Facilitator/Instructor and Offender Workforce Development Specialist and Master Trainer.
