When it comes to managing a household, women are the ultimate multi-taskers. Women know not only know how to “bring home the bacon and fry it up in a pan,” but we often know how to stretch our dollars further, fix a leaky toilet, find the tiniest of the lost Legos,™ get stains out of clothes, prepare a family dinner using one pot, and essentially leap tall buildings in a single bound. We can do it all without thinking when it comes to taking care of others, but we often view our own job search like climbing Mt. Everest. This presentation will help you to know which tools you’ll need to conquer that climb and make it to the top.
Topics include:
Career exploration and planning – understanding your strengths and choosing the best career
Personal brand building and marketing for job search – communicating your goals
Leveraging your network – it’s no longer just a “mom’s club” but a women’s power group!
Social Networking – It’s not just for posting pictures of family outings
